You can tell that he cares a lot about the clients that come in and meeting their expectations. He is considerate about getting the result unlike other places that are more worried about money. I originally received Botox treatment for platysmal bands in my neck that made me very self-conscious. I had a lot of anxiety coming into the appointment but Dr. Samara made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I was very happy with the results... There is a HUGE difference and it gets better by the day. Since then, I have returned to Sculpt 360 to receive dermal fillers and Botox for forehead and crows feet. Dr. Samara's prices are competitive but I don't trust anyone else. Dr. Samara is a very busy man but makes time to answer my questions or concerns because I want to be as informed as possible before every procedure. I had wonderful experience with Dr. Samara for EZ gel for the under-eye area targeting hollowness and fine lines. Dr. Samara is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great technique that doesn’t leave bruising. My under-eye area healed really nicely and swelling was gone within a week. When it comes to procedures there are a plethora of choices. I didn’t know what to do, I researched and researched to no avail. I’d give 6 stars of I could. Dr. Samara provided the most accommodating and generous customer service that I was not expecting. I found Dr. Samara while searching online for an injector that had availability in the next 24 hrs before I went on vacation. Dr. Samara made it work. He agreed to stay open later to fit me in and touch up the areas I needed. I also consulted with him about a new problem area that I wanted reduced and he explained in depth his suggestions and priced them out in full while allowing me to decide what work I wanted done that would fit my budget. I think he was the most transparent genuine sales man Ive ever done business with. We chose to reach my desired look with Dysaport and filler. I let him know i wanted to look really natural, and he did just that. The next day he checked up with me to be sure, and when I let him know I had questions about one side of my lips he invited in at my earliest convenience that day. When I saw him again he made an adjustment with no additional charge and invited me to return for another follow up after I returned from vacation. Initially I had no plan to change injector permanently but I have to now. Dr. Samara’s sweet and genuine customer service and careful work was too nice of an experience. I’ll definitely be returning.😊
